Hope everyone had a great Valentine's Day! I thought I'd wrap up Valentine's Week on Go for the Glam by sharing some embarrassing extraordinary homemade Valentines that I have made throughout the years. Clearly I am the next Martha Stewart....
2011: This was my first homemade Valentine. I blame the lack of attractiveness on the fact that I had limited supplies. I made it while I was sitting at the front desk of the dorm that I worked at in college. Thanks Res Life for the free crappy construction paper & Sweethearts ;)
2012: This is my pride and joy. The picture doesn't even do it justice! Made during my senior year of college, when I was taking an easy 12 credit hours and had no class on Fridays. I had time on my hands. And had plenty of "scrapbooking" experience (and supplies) from all of the shotbook pages I made for 21st birthdays. I do NOT miss shotbooks. Also, it is from me and the bf's dog, Georgia. Who knew dogs were capable of sending Valentines?
2013: This year my Valentine was extremely lame (especially when you consider the amount of time I spend on Pinterest/the Internet in general). And please try to ignore Lou's inexcusable filthiness - trust me he smells worse than he looks. We'll I'll be spending top dollar at the groomers this weekend.
Hope you got a kick out of my ridiculous/terrible/corny Valentines. Does anyone else go the homemade route? Would love to hear! Have a great weekend!
My parents always handmade their cards for every occasion so, naturally, I have picked up on the habit! It's my favorite thing to do... yours are too cute! Love this yrs - so creative!
