His & Hers: Two Tone Chambray

My boyfriend has this shirt (a better view here) and I can't tell you how many compliments he gets when he wears it. He even picked it out himself from Jack Threads (he's addicted. I'm proud.). If the man in your life isn't familiar with Jack Threads - he needs to check it out! Anyway, I sort of overlooked this two-tone chambray trend until I saw his shirt. I'm usually the one dishing out the fashion advice but I can't take credit for this one :)

Speaking of the boyfriend, his birthday is tomorrow and I'm so excited to spend the weekend celebrating :) I'll have to hit "pause" on my boot camp haha. Hope you all have a great weekend! xo

Lauren Conrad's Bikini Bootcamp

Lauren Conrad is my spirit animal. I always say that and I realize I'm not using the term in the right way, but that's ok. I just feel like I can relate to her in just about every single way. She's a bit reserved and doesn't need to be the center of attention, yet she's fun to be around (I'm gathering all of this from Laguna Beach and The Hills obviously). I love her style and her hair is amazeeeee. Plus before I dyed my hair (wahhh) we had very similar coloring (eyes/skin/hair) so I always look to her for inspiration on what colors work and what don't. Spirit Animal. 

Anyway, what Lauren says goes. And if she says we're doing a bikini boot camp...I'm in. It's pretty simple - exercise everyday (crunches and planks everyday - plus another work out of your choice), eat healthy (she has some great meal suggestions and recipes on her site), and drink lemon water! Three things I try to do anyway. The extra workouts are going to be the most difficult for me but I'm going to try. I'm starting today! You can learn more on Lauren's blog :) And really...who doesn't want to look more like LC this Summer? Remember her Allure cover, um yeah.
