Pucker Up


Ever since I dyed my hair darker, I've been wearing a bright pink lip probably too often. I've tried a few different shades and I love the result. Not sure why I never tried it while I was a blonde - as you can see above it looks awesome on Lauren Conrad, Anja Rubik, & Nicole Richie. Ah, I miss my blonde hair :(





1. Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics Lip Tar in "Trollop" 
2. Covergirl Lip Perfection in "Spellbound" (Not purple looking in real life)
3. Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain in "Sweetheart" (my favorite)
4. Korres Lip Butter Glaze in "Quince" (my 2nd favorite - more pink in person)
5. MAC Lipstick "Girl About Town" or try "Lickable" 
6. Kryolan "Pop" (I've never tried this one - but it's the color Corri McFadden wore on House of Consignment & I'm dying to try it!)

  5. I just got MAC Candy Yum Yum and LOVE it! The lady at the counter said its one of the best sellers. I also have the lip tar you posted and I like that as well, but sometimes it looks really dry on my lips so you have to add some gloss.

  9. I had never tried a lip color until recently, but I'd noticed how popular lip sticks and stains were becoming on celebs and models... Ironically I just bought a pink shade by Revlon the other day and Love it! There's a bit of a gloss to it so it was a little safer to try at first, but I'm really wanting to try the Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Lip Stain (if Emma Moss is wearing it, then I sure want to be), so I'm glad to see you like it!

  11. LOVE a good bright lip. You should try Revlon Color Burst Fuchsia, It's really bright but so gorgeous.

  13. Even as a pretty light blonde I'm always unsure if I can pull off hot pink. Maybe I should try again! I love LC & Rihanna in it.
